About Kim
The Artist. The Actor. The Storyteller.
Boston-based and Meisner-trained, I’m Kim Wilson—a full-time voice actor, podcast host, artist, and professional vibe curator. My journey into voiceover began in 2011 when my love of storytelling collided with a really good microphone and the realization that I could, in fact, get paid to talk. Since then, global brands have tapped me for voiceovers that feel real, connected, and human.
I studied acting at a conservatory-style school to deepen my craft, and I’ve starred in and co-produced several indie films—including one that landed in HBO’s Project Greenlight Top 10. You can also spot me in the Emmy award-winning series The Folklorist. (Yes, I wore a corset. No, it was not comfortable.)
When I’m not behind the mic, I co-host the voiceover podcast “Speechless: Real Life VO” where I interview industry pros, ask smart questions, and sneak in a little sarcasm. I’m also a visual artist and sculptor, and I have a soft spot for weird materials, bold women, and unapologetically creative storytelling.
Whether it’s an eLearning module, a commercial, a moody video game, or a promo with punch, I bring heart, humor, and a voice that’s definitely not AI-generated.
Let’s make something you’re proud of. And maybe have a laugh while we’re at it.
Kim records from her broadcast-quality home studio in Boston, featuring a Studiobricks One Plus VO Edition booth (a.k.a. her whisper-tight creative cave), Neumann U87, and a Sennheiser MKH 416.
With SourceConnect Standard and remote-directed sessions always on the menu, Kim collaborates with producers and voiceover teams around the globe—delivering clean, punchy, ready-to-use audio with professional polish and a personal touch.
She brings the tech, the talent, and the charm.
